Interculturality is not just my work: it’s how I see the world.
I’ve lived in 10 cities across 6 countries and 2 continents, speaking five languages and constantly adapting to new ways of thinking, deciding, and relating. I’ve learned that culture is not a flag or a passport, but a living system that shapes how we collaborate, lead, and build trust.
My journey began in journalism, where curiosity taught me to listen before interpreting. Later, managing multicultural teams showed me that difference is not an obstacle: it’s an invitation to grow.
I’ve always preferred circles to rows of desks. In circles, everyone can see and be seen. This simple geometry became my philosophy: when people connect beyond words, creativity and collaboration emerge naturally.
For me, working interculturally means cultivating awareness, empathy, and flexibility: skills that make both life and leadership more human. Through movement, storytelling, and dialogue, I help people rediscover what unites them beneath their differences. Because when we truly meet across cultures, we don’t just improve how we work: we transform how we live together.
