How do I work?

Forget traditional training. We won’t just talk about diversity: we’ll feel it.

I combine serious group games, body movement, painting, construction exercises, systemic mapping, NLP techniques, coaching, sensory workshops, lectures, and individual reflection. Each experience is designed to awaken curiosity, empathy, and awareness helping people connect beyond words.

All my trainings are grounded in solid research from management, intercultural communication, anthropology, sociology, and psychology.
